Later in the Set, Some players consider this crime a waste of turns. The metal box we get is necessary for some crimes (Copy Mayors Signature) Many will be willing to pay up to 250,000 for one of these boxes in the Players Market.

Those items are necessary only if you want to get higher score. I remember I used to take only dynamite and mask in the previous set.
